Aly is a third year Computer Engineering student at the University of Guelph with a strong interest in technology and emerging fields such as artificial intelligence. 

Originally from Egypt, he brings a curious and open minded perspective to his work and enjoys exploring different areas of tech as he continues to learn and grow. Aly is motivated by understanding how things work and applying that knowledge to real world problems, while keeping an open mind about where his interests will ultimately take him. 

Outside of academics, he enjoys staying active and learning about fitness and nutrition, and believes that maintaining a healthy balance helps him stay focused and motivated. He’s excited to gain hands on experience and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team.
