Intelcom is a North American shipping company and was experiencing difficulty in scheduling, booking, and tracking systems for their enterprise clients bulk ordering requirements.
Extrada Tech implemented an automated booking tool that sent booking and tracking requests to Intelcom’s API. We also helped train new users on how to use the tool.
Intelcom’s enterprise clients were able to quickly upload bulk order requests which improved the customer experience and continued to enforce the responsiveness and adaptability of Intelcom.
